Return Policy

EXCHANGES/RETURNS 

   All regularly priced items may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit for 30 days from the purchase date.  All returns and/or exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) showing on the outside of the package.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please call us to obtain your RMA number.  Close-out items may be returned for an exchange within 14 business days of receipt of package.  If you do not wish to exchange, a store credit will be issued, there are no refunds on close-out items.  Non-Clearance items returned after 30 days are charged a 20% restocking fee.  If an item in your order is damaged or defective, if you have received the wrong item, or if you are missing an item, please call immediately so we can correct your order, contact us at 1-866-730-5843.

    We help determine sizes and other information, but are not responsible for the cost of shipping if items have to be returned.  If you would like to exchange an item for an incorrectly ordered item, you must include reshipping charges.  All merchandise must be in original condition and in the original packaging in good condition.  A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged for items not in original packaging and no exchange or store credit will be allowed for merchandise that is worn.  A $5.00 box fee will be charged for each damaged shoe box.  We recommend packing all shoe boxes within another box before shipping.  RMA#:  Please call or email us and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued.  No merchandise will be accepted for exchange without an RMA number, SHIPPING:  We do not reimburse or pay shipping charges unless an item is defective or mis-shipped.  We recommend a ground courier or US Mail Priority Insured.  It is important to provide proof of return and you may want to protect yourself against loss or damage. 

FOR SHOE REUTRNS ONLY:

   Call or email us to get a RMA#.  This return label will allow you to return your shoes.  We’ll provide this return label for FREE ground shipping, so you can send back the shoes that don’t fit.  We pay for the ground shipping.  Our just right fit policy is limited to one exchange only!
